As an Automotive Part Manager, your chief role will be to forge professional bonds with clients and assist in elevating their operations to new heights of efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. Collaborating with dealership staff, you will pinpoint areas of concern within their operations and deploy established, effective consulting service programs, leveraging your industry acumen to address these challenges. Following the completion of a project, you will engage in follow-up with clients to sustain relationships, offering continuous ‘fee for service’ support and resolving any emerging issues. Your contribution to the success of various dealership departments will cultivate trust and further propel the sales of consulting services. Aftermarket Jobs | Automotive Business Consultant Jobs | Training:

Our training program includes fieldwork with seasoned consulting and sales representatives for about 90 days, online courses to be completed from your home office, and in-person classes at our Dayton and Houston locations. During training, you will receive a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000. Following the 6 to 9 months of training, you will qualify for quarterly bonuses. The total anticipated income, including base salary and bonuses, post-training is over $75,000.

  • Must possess dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations over the past three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI convictions in the last five years.
  • Necessitates a stable home internet connection with adequate bandwidth for video calls.
  • Requires at least three years of experience in the automotive dealership sector, in roles such as sales associate, service advisor, parts counter, controller, or marketing associate.
  • Experience in dealership management roles like sales manager, internet sales manager, business development manager, F&I manager, marketing manager or director, parts manager, service manager, or fixed operations manager is advantageous.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
  • Must be prepared to undertake significant overnight travel, potentially up to five nights per week.
