What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high Hospitality Quotient (HQ) which includes kindness, optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity is essential.
• Assessing damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage is a key task.
• Writing accurate estimates using the CCCone estimating system, while also being familiar with the Mitchell and Audatex systems, is required.
• Creating repair orders, ordering parts, and managing files within the Profitnet management system are part of the responsibilities.
• Acting as the liaison between customers, insurance, and in-shop technicians is crucial. Knowledge of the Direct Repair Program (DRP) requirements is necessary.
• Answering incoming phone calls and communicating with customers and insurance companies in a friendly and professional manner is also important.

Skills Needed to Win:

• Required: over two years of experience in collision estimating.
  Seeking a team player dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
• Must be able to thrive in a high-speed environment.
  Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
