Summary:

Sells new or used vehicles at a profit for the dealership, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• There are no direct supervisory responsibilities for this job.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieves dealership sales targets.
• Welcomes customers and identifies the make, type, and quality of vehicle they seek.
• Describes features and demonstrates vehicle operation in the showroom or on test drives.
• Recommends optional equipment for customers to purchase.
• Calculates and provides sales price quotes, including tax, trade-in value, and discounts.
• Handles paperwork related to vehicle sales, such as preparing sales slips or contracts.
• Coordinates vehicle delivery and registration.
• Investigates model availability and optional equipment.
• Participates in business development activities.
• Responds to customer concerns.
• Keeps CSI at or above company standards.
• Maintains an orderly, clean, and safe work area.
• Attends mandatory training.
• Accurately logs work hours in the company’s timekeeping system.
• Adheres to Safeguard rules and regulations.
• Upholds the Company’s Core Values.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Complies with all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
