The Role: We are looking to expand our Sales team with multiple new hires. Seeking a departure from the standard ‘corporate’ dealership environment? Considering a move from urban areas? We aim to recruit team members who are dedicated to providing our customers with the finest experience possible at our dealership. Prior automotive sales experience is not mandatory, though candidates with previous sales experience are encouraged to apply for this role.

Salary/Pay: The starting salary is $45,000+ annually. Employees who meet performance expectations for the full year can anticipate an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately $70,000 for this role, with our highest performers earning significantly above $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide clients upon their arrival on the lot to initiate the sales process.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with clients to fully comprehend their needs and set clear expectations.
  • Help clients select the right vehicle that meets their desires and requirements.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of products and sales techniques to become an expert on vehicles.
  • Understand every detail of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Personalize the vehicle delivery process while ensuring clients are well-informed about the vehicle’s operational features.
  • Consistently follow up on all sales leads from various sources using the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and model.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Qualifications
