RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers conduct needs assessments.
  • Describe vehicle features operation; provide professional demonstrations of new/ vehicles.
  • Answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
  • Collect and prepare necessary documents.
  • Help maintain the professional appearance of all inventory and arrangement of vehicles on the lot.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills; assist customers in selecting a by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

  • Follow up with buyers via phone calls to ensure successful referral business.

  • Record customer/prospect communications in the Management System and Customer Management System consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
