Mills Automotive Group is in search of a Sales Manager to bolster our growing sales team. We are looking for an energetic, employee-focused manager with a demonstrated history of success. The position requires working closely with senior management and sales associates to achieve the company’s business goals.

Auto Sales Manager Jobs | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with our employees and customers to cultivate relationships and improve the sales process.
• Establish a rapport with customers to build a network.
• Oversee the new vehicle inventory, including the placement of orders and coordination of dealer trades.
• Offer training and support to the sales team and aid in finalizing deals. Assist in overseeing all facets of the sales department.
• Handle desk deals, monitor gross logs, and manage RDR cars.

Auto Sales Manager Jobs | REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in automotive sales management is preferred.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, an understanding of inventory control, and strong computer and phone skills, including proficiency in Internet usage, MS Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Professionalism and a strong work ethic are essential.
• A current, valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are also necessary.
