Job Summary for Experienced Auto Body Technician

• Inspect vehicle damage and restore it to factory specifications using auto body repair and painting skills.
• Employ the proper tools and equipment to remove, repair, or replace damaged components.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the vehicle appears and operates according to original factory standards.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workshop environment consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications for Auto Body Tech

• Candidates must possess prior professional experience in a body shop.
• Completion of ICAR and ASE courses is a factor for higher pay consideration.
• The ideal candidate should be team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality repairs.
• Attention to detail is crucial. They must have the ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members, as well as the capacity to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
