We are actively seeking an Experienced Finance Manager for our Belleville, WI dealership, situated approximately 15 minutes southwest of Madison, WI.

Duties:

  • Offer vehicle leasing and financing options to customers, along with a detailed explanation of all finance and insurance (F&I) products.
  • Collaborate with lenders to obtain competitive interest rates and financing terms.
  • Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals through financial sources.
  • Implement electronic contracting for every qualifying customer.
  • Comprehend and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations that impact the new and used vehicle finance departments.
  • Develop and improve a program within the sales department to ensure all new sales are directed to the F&I department.
  • Educate and equip the sales team with knowledge about financing, leasing, and the benefits of F&I products.
