Compensation Range: $120k – $225k – Our Finance Managers average $160k!!!

The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is key to overseeing every step of the sales journey, collaborating with the sales and management staff. Exceptional communication abilities and an engaging personality are vital for success in this role. The ideal applicant will partner with the entire team to ensure a smooth, efficient customer experience while maximizing profitability for the dealership.

  • Utilize Dealertrack for efficient e-contracting processes.
  • Promote and sell finance options, warranties, and insurance packages to customers.
  • Engage in continuous training, master menu selling techniques, and support various dealership operations.
  • Verify the accuracy and completion of all required state, federal, and dealership paperwork.

  • Dedicated to meeting customer and client needs.
  • Background in automotive sales and finance.

Work Setting: This position is based in a professional office within an automotive dealership, utilizing everyday office tools like computers, telephones, copiers, filing systems, and fax machines.

Physical Requirements: The role is mostly seated, though it involves occasional filing tasks. This requires the ability to lift documents, access filing cabinets, and move around by bending, standing, or walking as needed.

Job Type and Schedule: This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule. Workdays span Monday to Friday, with one weekday off, plus consistent Saturday shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Experience:

  • Completion of high school or a comparable qualification.
  • Over two years of experience in automotive finance.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving strong results.
