RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Structures deals to maximize profitability and collectability
  • Thoroughly proficient with title laws and the registration process
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desks deals, submits them to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensures all deals comply fully with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals
  • Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders, adhering to any processes in place within their respective department
  • Accurately audits team deals post-sale
  • Ensures the prompt funding of all contracts

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a minimum of three years of automotive F&I experience with a track record of proven performance.
  • Skills required include strong closing abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • A valid driver’s license is essential, along with at least one year of experience in automotive finance.
  • The role involves assisting customers in arranging the financing of their purchases and offering additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • The candidate must be adept at structuring deals for optimal profitability and collectability, fully versed in title laws and the registration process, and maintain necessary proficiency and certifications.
  • Responsibilities also include accurately desk deals, submitting them for lender approval, making credit decisions, and effectively closing deals.
  • Compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines is imperative, as is the preparation and delivery of paperwork and contracts.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for the accurate post-sale audit of team deals and ensuring the swift funding of all contracts.
