The Experienced Automotive F&I Manager ensures customer satisfaction at our dealership by clearly explaining rights and boosting transaction value through selling additional products and services, while also promoting Renault Financial Services offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Handle dealership financial dealings, such as finalizing sales and adding value with extra products and services to boost customer happiness.
• Create and explain financial proposals to clients, making sure they understand their rights and duties.
• Foster connections with customers to elevate their service experience.
• Track and share insights on customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal finance and insurance laws.
• Organize and manage customer information effectively.

Requirements:

• A positive, outgoing, and energetic attitude is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in the automotive sales industry and finance and insurance is required.
• The candidate must have the ability to meet and surpass goals, maintain a high customer satisfaction index, and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial, along with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The applicant must also be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
