Responsibilities:

  • This position encompasses leadership, training, and mentoring responsibilities.
  • The director will spend minimal time on deal-making. Instead, the focus will be on aiding each finance department member to reach their fullest potential through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Providing guidance, support, and direction to the entire finance department.
  • Assisting finance managers with compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Reviewing all transactions to guarantee comprehensive product presentations for compliance.
  • Structuring sales to maximize profitability.
  • Upholding proficiency and maintaining required certifications for the role.
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
  • Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in specific field
  • Eagerness to improve
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license
