Responsibilities

  • Increase overall deal profit while maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI),
  • Watch over and maintain Contracts in Transit (CIT),
  • Continuously understand and stay current on Regulatory and Legal Compliance and production standards.
  • Effectively perform responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all finance products to ensure you can thoroughly educate dealership customers.
  • Offer options for vehicle financing, extended service contracts, and additional after-sale items to customers.
  • Process finance and lease documents meticulously and with great attention to detail.
  • Adhere to dealership policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations relevant to automotive financing.
  • Foster lasting relationships and create lifelong customers. Aid them in choosing a vehicle by asking questions and listening attentively to their responses.
  • Mentor and cultivate a sales team.
  • Aim to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee New or Used vehicle inventory throughout its entire lifecycle.
  • Conduct and lead daily sales meetings.
  • Become the vehicle authority. Understand the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  • Engage in follow-ups with buyers to encourage referral business.
  • Master the art of handling objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Establish short- and long-term goals, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Consistently bring your best effort and a positive mindset to work every day.

Qualifications

  • Over three years of dealership management experience, particularly in Finance.
  • Preference for candidates with Ford Dealership experience.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to start immediately and be proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
