In the role of General Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales department’s successful functioning at the dealership by guiding the team and adhering to DGDG’s established processes.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Hiring, motivating, and monitoring team performance
  • Coaching the sales team to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Leading all sales activities while maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Ensuring high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyzing these metrics to identify improvement areas
  • Conducting daily and weekly sales training meetings for Online and Product Specialists
  • Mentoring both new and experienced sales representatives on best practices to enhance performance
  • Ensuring thorough follow-up with all guests by developing, implementing, and monitoring our DGDG tools
  • Achieving the forecasted goals and objectives for the dealership

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Required: A minimum of three years’ experience in Sales Management and Finance.
  • Must have a proven track record of building and training teams, achieving strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, and delivering above-average performance.
  • A robust background in utilizing technology and implementing DGDG processes is essential.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Used Vehicle management.
  • The candidate should have expertise in overseeing the daily activities of the sales team and embody the DGDG Core Values: Integrity, Caring, Performance, and Efficiency.
  • A DMV check is mandatory.

Salary: $84,000-$240,000/annually

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
