Tyrrell Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales performance metrics including appointments, conversions, follow-ups, reviews, and other key performance indicators.
  • Foster an environment of enthusiasm, productivity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  • Recognize and address issues independently, offering solutions and making decisions.
  • Engage in giving and receiving feedback, actively pursuing professional development.
  • Guarantee each guest receives top-tier service.
  • Maintain the utmost integrity in all dealings.
  • Embody Tyrrell Auto Centers’ values of customer service, integrity, and transparency.
  • Learn and follow all dealership policies and procedures.
  • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Project and achieve sales targets for various time frames – daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Work in tandem with other departments to promote a cooperative team atmosphere.
  • Conduct personal follow-ups with customers.
  • Ensure customers interact with a manager before departure to close sales when possible.
  • Use the customer relationship management system to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage software and technology tools for sales processes and reporting.
  • Stay updated on manufacturer programs, special financing, rebates, and incentives.
