We are in search of a driven candidate to join our team in the parts counter role. The ideal candidate will be a professional with proven parts counter experience and a track record of excellence. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is advantageous. We seek someone eager to deliver outstanding customer service to both our retail and service clients, who is open to career advancement opportunities, and who is ready to work diligently to achieve their utmost potential.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Meet and assist customers courteously and professionally, providing the information they require.
• Respond to telephone calls promptly, ensuring professional service and customer satisfaction.
• Stock incoming inventory in the appropriate locations.
• Keep the parts department tidy and well-organized.
• Price parts and accessories accurately using the correct pricing source and maintain an updated computer system.
• Inform customers about any ongoing specials.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week and every other Saturday is required.
• Exhibit behaviors that align with the Company’s Values during all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Requirements:

• Preferred qualifications include two or more years of related experience in an automotive parts department, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and one or more years of sales experience.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance and work ethic, a valid New Mexico driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test, background screening, and maintain a clean driving record.

All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment screening, which includes background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug testing, as a condition of employment.
