We are in search of a driven candidate to join our team in the parts counter role. The ideal candidate will be a professional with proven parts counter experience and a track record of excellence. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is advantageous. We seek someone eager to deliver outstanding customer service to both our retail and service clients, who is open to career advancement opportunities, and who is ready to work diligently to achieve their utmost potential.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Greet and help customers with professionalism, delivering the information they need.
• Answer phone calls quickly, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Place new stock in the correct areas within the parts department.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the parts department.
• Ensure parts and accessories are priced correctly with up-to-date computer records.
• Notify customers of current promotions or specials.
• Must be available for a 40-hour work week, including every other Saturday.
• Demonstrate the Company’s Values in all dealings with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Preferred qualifications include two or more years of related experience in an automotive parts department, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and one or more years of sales experience.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional appearance and work ethic, a valid New Mexico driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test, background screening, and maintain a clean driving record.

All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment screening, which includes background checks, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug testing, as a condition of employment.
