Responsibilities

• Manage the parts sales process from initiation to completion.
• Engage with team members and customers cordially and professionally.
• Employ and decipher electronic parts catalogs and manuals to identify necessary parts for customers.
• Respond swiftly to phone calls, emails, and electronic orders, offering price estimates, required details, and outstanding service to clients.
• Inspect body shop estimates to confirm the accuracy of ordered parts and pricing.
• Execute and fulfill orders from inventory and conduct regular bin checks to maintain parts inventory precision.
• Inform parts management about any parts or shop materials that are out of stock and require urgent replenishment.
• Source back-ordered and unavailable parts from external suppliers and place an emergency order when needed.
• Handle customer transactions, tally the cash drawer nightly, prepare bank deposits, and organize, file, and manage all daily documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in auto parts sales is required, with dealership parts sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Candidates should be courteous and amiable, promptly greeting customers and providing outstanding customer service.
• Additionally, they should address customer concerns thoughtfully, demonstrating empathy and a positive demeanor.
