We are on the lookout for a committed and seasoned Automotive Parts Manager to enhance our team. Your role will involve managing the parts department effectively, ensuring the stock of high-quality automotive parts, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, and stocking.
• Maintain a well-organized parts warehouse to ensure accessibility.
• Supervise and train parts staff, ensuring high product knowledge and customer service levels.
• Monitor inventory, identify parts for restocking, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide pricing and availability, and process orders.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial control over the parts department.
• Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize inventory and reduce excess stock.
• Ensure the parts department complies with safety and environmental regulations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve parts management efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the department and company.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding automotive environment.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to the automotive industry.
