The Opportunity:

In the role of Regional Account Executive, you’ll focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with both franchise and independent automotive dealers. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by using consultative sales techniques, guiding dealers to enhance their performance through our cutting-edge AI tools.

What You’ll Do:

  • Boost revenue by seeking out, engaging, and fostering connections with automotive dealerships.
  • Identify dealership pain points and offer customized solutions to enhance their BDC operations and overall success.
  • Conduct product demos, handle contract negotiations, and close new deals while growing current accounts.
  • Analyze dealership performance data to provide monthly business reviews, showcasing ROI and identifying new avenues for growth.
  • Build and deepen ties with key decision-makers to ensure strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities to deliver holistic solutions for dealerships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Over 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within automotive retail or tech solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of dealership operations, BDC workflows, and current trends in the automotive sector.
  • Skilled at explaining complex solutions in a clear manner, meeting client needs, and securing agreements.
  • Proficient in leveraging CRMs, sales enablement tools, and virtual demonstration platforms.
  • Excellent skills in presenting, negotiating, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Capable of working autonomously, managing priorities, and achieving measurable outcomes.
