Our Sales Team engages in a consultative selling approach and is dedicated to providing an exceptional buying and ownership experience for our clients. Individuals with experience as a Sales Consultant, Service Writer, Finance Manager, or BDC Manager are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs through thoughtful questioning and attentive listening to guide vehicle selection.
  • Serve as a product expert, maintaining in-depth knowledge of offerings, optional packages, and cutting-edge technology.
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality vehicle demonstrations with a professional approach to showcase features effectively.
  • Maximize performance by diligently working all showroom and internet leads to drive sales outcomes.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with customers to cultivate referral business and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop skills to address objections confidently, excelling in dynamic sales environments.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing updates on objectives, planned activities, performance reviews, and strategic analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Motivated by achieving financial success through performance-driven rewards.
  • Maintains a polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Possesses a valid in-state driver’s license with active automobile insurance.
  • Maintains a clean driving record free of violations.
