What we are looking for:

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team’s productivity and development, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of their performance to enhance customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability.

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of successful experience in automotive sales, with a preference for F&I experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills are crucial for this role, which involves direct customer interaction.

In the role of Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will actively oversee a sales team and manage the pre-owned inventory according to Hubler Standards. This position is driven by performance, with compensation based on both sales volume and profit margins. The commitment involves long hours and challenging days, yet it is an exceptional opportunity for those acquainted with the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide active training, recruitment, hiring, and support to the sales staff. This is prioritized for a significant reason.
  • Oversee, procure, refurbish, and market pre-owned inventory according to Hubler Standards.
  • Engage directly with customers to foster relationships and enhance the sales process.
  • Establish a strong community connection by building rapport with customers.
  • Leverage access to the auto group’s inventory of over 1000 cars to find the right vehicle for the customer.
  • Provide assistance or guidance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and listening attentively to their responses.
  • Describe product performance, application, and advantages to potential buyers.
  • Prevent auction losses by selling vehicles within 90 days.

Qualifications

  • Constant eagerness and ability to improve
  • Preference for a college degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Skill in structuring deals for optimal profitability
  • Familiarity with title laws and the registration process
  • Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation and presentation
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
