Mills Auto Group is on the rise and seeking high-performing sales managers to lead our sales department. As a 13-year-old privately owned auto group, we’re in search of leaders eager to join and evolve with our team into future roles.

You will collaborate intimately with senior management and sales associates to fulfill the company’s business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with our employees and customers to foster relationships and improve the sales process.
• Establish a rapport with customers to build a customer network.
• Oversee the new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades.
• Offer training and support to the sales team and assist with closing deals.
• Assist in managing all other facets of the sales department.
• Oversee desk deals, monitor gross logs, and record RDR cars.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Preferred candidates will have prior automotive sales managerial experience.
• The role demands excellent communication and customer service skills, an understanding of inventory control, and strong computer & phone skills, including proficiency in Internet, MS Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Professionalism, a strong work ethic, a current, valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are also necessary.
