Auto Park Ford Sturgis is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and seasoned professional to fill the role of Store Manager at our Kendallville, Indiana dealership. This salaried, full-time position encompasses comprehensive management of the dealership’s business facets, from sales and customer service to finance and administrative duties. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the dealership, including sales, customer service, finance, and administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales and administrative staff
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment, providing guidance and support to team members when needed
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints promptly
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, making adjustments and improvements as needed
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee pricing, discounts, and promotions
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to upper management
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or management in the auto industry
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business goals
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
