We are in search of a skilled sales manager-leader to become part of our team. Berglund Automotive, our parent company, is a respected and established automotive group with ten locations, representing twenty diverse automotive brands across Southwest and Central Virginia.

In the role of Sales Manager at Berglund Luxury Roanoke, your responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of the sales department, enhancing sales performance, and guiding a dedicated team of sales professionals. The main goal is to achieve and surpass sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals by providing guidance and coaching to surpass sales targets.
• Build rapport and relationships with customers to improve the customer experience and foster business growth.
• Establish sales goals, objectives, and benchmarks for the sales team and oversee their progress.
• Oversee deals, monitor gross logs, and record RDR cars.
• Employ CRM to track and follow up on all sales leads.
• Manage showroom traffic, both online and in-person, as well as phone inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as finance and service, to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes professional development and teamwork.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Experience as a sales manager or in finance and insurance is preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury automotive is a plus.
• A clean driving record is essential.
