Responsibilities

  • Recruit, educate, and cultivate a team of automotive sales professionals.
  • Guide salespeople through established techniques for deal closure and offer guidance to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Establish sales objectives, monitor advancements, and steer the team to surpass those targets.
  • Aid customers in vehicle selection by inquiring and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Clarify the performance, application, and advantages of products to potential buyers.
  • Detail all available optional equipment/products for customer purchase.
  • Conduct professional, informed presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Master the art of addressing objections, finalizing sales, and executing all sales process stages per company protocols.
  • Deliver training and support to the sales team and aid in finalizing transactions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in dealership sales and F&I management is required.
  • vAuto Experience Preferred
  • Leadership skills coupled with a genuine passion for training colleagues
  • Enthusiasm and sustained high energy during the sales workday
  • A goal-oriented, amiable personality, particularly effective in pricing negotiations
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service, communication, computer, and fundamental math skills
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
