  • Coaching salespeople on best practices for closing more deals, providing advice and guidance to improve sales performance, setting sales goals, tracking progress, and leading a team to achieve and exceed those quotas are key responsibilities.
  • Forecasting sales for upcoming months and quarters, compiling the necessary reports for dealership management to review, managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales, maintaining a strong focus on the satisfaction of all employees and customers, and overseeing all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom are also part of the role.

  • Strong sales abilities with an understanding of strategies and best practices
  • Essential strong organizational skills, including the ability to comprehend manufacturer statements, F&I statements, and financial statements
  • Acute attention to detail with a dedication to resolving complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory control and management
