Mills Auto Group is on the rise and seeking high-performing sales managers to enhance our leadership team within the sales department. As a 19-year-old privately owned auto group, we are in search of leaders who are eager to join our team for training and growth into future roles.

You will collaborate intimately with upper management and sales associates to ensure that business objectives are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with our employees and customers to foster relationships and improve the sales process.
• Establish a rapport with customers to build a network.
• Oversee the new vehicle inventory, including orders and dealer trades.
• Offer training and support to the sales team and aid in finalizing deals. Assist in overseeing all facets of the sales department.
• Handle desk deals, monitor gross logs, and record RDR cars.
• Be proactive in approaching and engaging with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Must be an on your feet and not your seat LEADER
• Must possess CHARACTER, INTERGRITY, WORK ETHIC, be a TEAM PLAYER, and PERFORMER
