Mills Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team. The role involves close collaboration with upper management and sales associates to meet the business’s needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with our employees and customers to foster relationships and improve the sales process.
• Establish rapport with customers to build a network.
• Oversee the new vehicle inventory, including placing orders and arranging dealer trades.
• Offer training and support to the sales team and aid in finalizing deals.
• Assist in overseeing all aspects of the sales department.
• Handle desk deals, monitor gross logs, and record RDR cars.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior automotive sales managerial experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
• Professional
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
