Crown Toyota is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a dedicated team of associates. Candidates with automotive experience are preferred. We offer one of the industry’s best work schedules: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to forge enriching relationships that enhance client satisfaction and drive the sales process.
  • Cultivate trust with customers to build a robust network of clients and prospects.
  • Offer training and support to the sales team, aiding in deal closures.
  • Conduct regular sales training to foster ongoing team development.
  • Exhibit leadership by defining clear visions and objectives for targeted sales performance.
  • Inspire and propel the team to meet key objectives, performance standards, and best practice processes.
  • Promote business growth through active participation in daily operations.
  • Guide the negotiation process to ensure customers comprehend their vehicle purchasing options and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and manage vehicle inventory.
  • Help manage controllable expenses for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
  • Evaluate business metrics to identify deficiencies and develop action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in automotive dealership management
  • Proven success in automotive retail sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Dedicated to training sales staff and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Vibrant personality and a high-energy approach
  • Capable of elevating team morale and enhancing profitability during sales operations
  • Organizational and follow-up expertise
  • Technologically adept with a willingness to embrace new systems
  • Minimum requirement: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
  • Ready to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
