Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets and goals by motivating and instilling a passion for serving customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop action plans to achieve monthly objectives for unit sales and gross profits.
  • Effectively manage new and used car inventory.
  • Report to the General Manager on floor traffic ratios, closing rates, and cost to market.
  • Address associate and customer complaints and concerns.
  • Fulfill responsibilities through effective personnel management, market knowledge, and established performance standards.

Qualifications of the Sales Manager:

  • 2+ Years of Sales Management experience –Or- Minimum of 3 years proven sales track record if you are a current salesperson ready to take the next step
  • Must be proficient in English
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to achieve desired results.
  • Be assertive and knowledgeable in dealership sales operations
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and background check
