The Titus-Will Automotive Group is actively recruiting Sales Managers for our dealerships in Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Craft and execute effective sales strategies to enhance revenue and profit margins.
• Create a customer-focused atmosphere where all clients receive outstanding service.
• Assess and analyze sales performance data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and take corrective measures.
• Hire, educate, and integrate new sales personnel to sustain a high-performance team.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Work in tandem with other departments, like finance and marketing, to guarantee smooth operations.
• Keep abreast of industry movements and market dynamics to inform strategic choices.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in automotive sales, boasting a minimum of [X] years in sales management.
• Robust leadership and mentoring skills, evidenced by a history of inspiring teams to surpass their goals.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Skilled in utilizing DMS (Dealertrack or Reynolds and Reynolds preferred), CRM (VinSolutions preferred), and other sales management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector and its latest market trends.
• Superior problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• $125,000 – $225,000/year based on commission
