Duties:

• The role requires the ability to forecast goals and objectives for new vehicle sales, including gross and key expenses, on both a monthly and annual basis.
• It also involves managing all aspects of the used car department, such as wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing.
• Proficiency in VinSolutions CRM, Vauto, DealerTrack, and Dealer.com is essential.
• The candidate must be able to set forecasts for pre-owned vehicle sales, gross, and key expenses.
• They should have the capability to hire, train, and lead used car sales associates effectively.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to collaborate with lenders are important.
• The candidate should be well-informed about federal, state, and local regulations.
• They must address and resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally, maintain high standards for vehicle delivery to customers, and ensure that sales representatives comply with dealership policies at all times.
• Exceptional communication skills are required to interact effectively with customers, subordinates, and other management personnel.

Requirements

• Expertise in finance operations, familiarity with banking programs, and the ability to forge strong lender relationships are crucial for this role.
• Proficiency in communication and customer service is essential.
• A history of handling high volumes and achieving substantial monthly outputs is desirable.
• Experience in dealership management is necessary.
