  • Join Our Team as an Automotive Desk Manager

    We are seeking an energetic, passionate, self-motivated, and self-disciplined Automotive Desk Manager to lead our outstanding sales team to success. With rising sales volumes, we need a leader with a proven track record in exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities. Bilingual skills, Desk Manager, Internet Manager, Reynolds, Auto Alert, and FMCC experience are a plus.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
  • Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales.
  • Determine monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
  • Collaborate with each salesperson and manager to set and achieve specific goals and objectives. Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales force.
  • Foster a positive sales culture and create a team atmosphere focused on employee retention.
  • Conduct sales meetings.
  • Maintain a balanced inventory of new and used sales.
  • Work with the marketing department to develop strategies that help the dealership meet its sales goals.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all deals, paperwork, and data are completed according to dealer processes.
  • Maximize profitability on each deal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Sales Manager and General Manager.
