The Titus-Will Automotive Group is on the hunt for Sales Managers at our dealerships located in Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Craft and execute effective sales strategies to enhance revenue and profit margins.
  • Create a customer-focused atmosphere where all clients receive outstanding service.
  • Assess and interpret sales performance data to pinpoint improvement opportunities and take corrective measures.
  • Hire, educate, and integrate new sales personnel to sustain a top-performing team.
  • Cultivate and preserve robust relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Work in tandem with other departments, like finance and marketing, to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Remain abreast of industry movements and market dynamics to make well-informed choices.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in automotive sales, with a minimum of [X] years in sales management.
  • Robust leadership and mentoring skills, proven by a history of inspiring teams to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in utilizing DMS (Dealertrack or Reynolds and Reynolds preferred), CRM (VinSolutions preferred), and sales management systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive sector, including up-to-date market insights.
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
