Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take responsibility for the customer’s experience by completing additional tasks that enable the dealership to make a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person, to ensure the customer is handled properly.
• Guarantee that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently allocated to service customers.
• Allocate work among technicians efficiently.
• Respond to technical inquiries about vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Keep Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Aid in the diagnosis of vehicle issues, and order parts and tools as necessary.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with factories and promote good employee relations.

Qualifications

• Organized and amiable personality
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Professional and well-maintained personal appearance
• Solid history of positive customer satisfaction outcomes
• Team-focused and self-driven
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
