Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep is on the lookout for skilled Automotive Service Advisors to enhance our team and deliver outstanding customer service to each client who comes in for vehicle servicing. The Service Advisor assists customers with comprehending their vehicle’s maintenance requirements and serves as the primary point of contact within the service department. This position works closely with the technician team and reports directly to the Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Assist customers by scheduling services, writing work orders, and advising on necessary services.
• Provide estimates for required repairs, obtain customer authorizations, and collect payments.
• Prioritize necessary services and monitor the progress of vehicle repairs throughout the day.
• Keep customers updated on completion times, service expenses, and any potential changes.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience as an automotive service advisor/writer is essential.
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, effective time management, and organizational abilities.
• The capacity to meet sales targets is also necessary.
• Applicants are required to have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Work Hours and Environment

Our Service Department operates from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays. We require all applicants to be available to work during the hours and days mentioned. The position is onsite and involves working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
