Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Greet all customers promptly and with professionalism.
• Identify the customer’s main concern, then assess any additional maintenance needs when appropriate.
• Provide a complimentary vehicle condition inspection to every customer.
• Offer and record fair, competitive, and transparent price quotes, considering both the customer’s and dealership’s interests.
• Ensure communication with each customer is conducted in a manner that leaves them feeling comfortable and well-informed at all times.
• Address all customer complaints immediately and resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Build and sustain excellent customer relationships that promote repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate as a team member and maintain the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Auto Dealer Service Advisor Jobs | Here’s what you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or retail sales
• Previous automotive service department or dealership experience highly desired
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards
