Ideal candidates should demonstrate a history of excellent Customer Service Index (CSI) scores, maintain a positive attitude, be well-organized, process-driven, and have experience in managing or contributing to a profitable service department. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Act as a liaison between technicians and customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by completing additional tasks, allowing the dealership to make a positive impression.
  • Manage the hiring of technicians and service advisors.
  • Conduct interviews and oversee new hires.
  • Allocate work among technicians.
  • Prioritize necessary services.
  • Guarantee a positive experience at the dealership for customers.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to prevent any mishandling of customers.
  • Invest quality time in building relationships with customers.

Requirements: 

  • Candidates must have a minimum of four years’ experience in a high-volume service department.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidates will be customer service index (CSI) oriented, technologically proficient, possess a positive can-do attitude, and have a strong drive for excellence.
