What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers by providing service, repair, and clear explanations of each service required.
• Comprehend customers’ needs and concerns; align them with a variety of service options.
• Ensure customers are at ease with the services provided and remain informed throughout the process.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories; participate in product training as needed.
• Implement a customer follow-up system for the service department to foster repeat and referral business.
• Recruit and manage all service department staff, overseeing their performance.
• Establish goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and a marketing strategy.
• Uphold a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by addressing customer complaints swiftly and effectively.

Requirements:

• You possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a service manager role.
• Your focus on delivering exceptional customer service is strong.
• You have attained at least a high school diploma or higher.
• Additionally, your driving record is clean, and you hold a valid driver’s license.
