Your Purpose as an Automotive Service Manager:

  • Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team’s objectives and sales goals are met.
  • Handling guest complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good guest relationships and ensure repeat guests.
  • Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
  • Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Auditing work and guest service to ensure the company’s high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Automotive industry knowledge including best practices and modern approaches to service management.
  • Well-established leadership experience with a dynamic approach in continually developing a strong, growth-minded automotive service team.
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative resolutions to keep our guests satisfied.
  • Superb communication and collaboration capabilities to develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
