Kia Mazda of New Bern is in search of an Automotive Service Manager to assist in the growth and development of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the service process, addressing repair needs and clearly explaining each recommended solution.
  • Assess customer needs and concerns, aligning them with tailored service options to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on the latest products, features, and accessories, participating in required training to maintain expertise.
  • Recruit, oversee, and evaluate service department staff, ensuring top performance in customer service delivery.
  • Develop and meet targets for key metrics, including Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per Repair Order, and Xtime Utilization.
  • Ensure warranty work is efficiently completed, submitted, and reimbursed within set timelines.
  • Uphold a strong Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by promptly and effectively resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years as a Service Advisor or two years as a Service Manager
  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Driver’s License
  • Background Check
