RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Act as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by completing additional tasks that enable the dealership to make a positive impression.
• Manage the hiring of technicians and service advisors.
• Conduct interviews and oversee new hires.
• Allocate work among technicians.
• Prioritize necessary services.
• Guarantee a positive dealership experience for the customer.
• Offer concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person, to ensure the customer is treated properly.
• Invest quality time in building relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Organized and friendly personality
• Dealership experience preferred
