In the role of Service Manager, you will guide our skilled team of automotive experts in delivering top-tier customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing the department’s overall performance through the implementation of DGDG Core Values, team development, guest care, and adherence to OEM standards.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Inspire and support the service team to unlock their full potential through guidance and mentorship.
  • Create and execute strategies and workflows to meet departmental goals.
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for every guest.
  • Build meaningful connections with each member of the team.
  • Sustain a customer follow-up approach that boosts repeat visits and referrals, enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Recruit and manage all service department staff, ensuring their customer service efforts meet high standards.
  • Set departmental targets, including a yearly budget and a marketing strategy to grow the customer base.
  • Uphold a strong Customer Service Index (CSI) score by quickly and efficiently resolving customer concerns.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading as a Service Manager.
  • Deep dedication to providing top-notch customer service.
  • Completion of high school or a higher-level equivalent qualification.
  • Spotless driving history paired with a valid driver’s license.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a passion for growth and a knack for working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Salary: $84,000 – $240,000/annually

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
