We are on the lookout for a technically adept individual with strong problem-solving skills to enhance our General Software Support Team.

Our Software Team at Advent is responsible for managing critical aspects of our software such as Reports, Finance & Inventory, and CRM. They assist clients in navigating general software queries and issues through phone support and our ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated learner, possessing excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. If you thrive on resolving problems, assisting others, and are committed to finding solutions, this position might be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily with dealership staff through phone calls and the ticketing system, meticulously documenting issues and requests related to the F&I tool and overall software functionality.
  • Manage incoming calls, tickets, emails, and chat notifications while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, adjust dealer configurations, and guide users through software features, documenting all troubleshooting in detail.
  • Demonstrate effective time management by juggling priorities across tasks, tickets, and calls efficiently.
  • Liaise with external IT companies and internal IT support to address and resolve technical issues.
  • Foster teamwork by collaborating with various departments, teams, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Background in roles such as software or customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing various tasks.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude.
  • Familiarity with the LINUX operating system is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with Dealer Management Systems is beneficial.

Hourly Rate- $19-22
