As a DMV Clerk, your role is pivotal in driving the success of our dealerships by efficiently managing paperwork, ensuring our guests have a smooth experience. Your performance is key to making us the preferred choice for purchasing, leasing, or servicing vehicles.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Exhibit a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient), which includes kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
• Process title paperwork for all new and pre-owned vehicle retail transactions.
• Handle title paperwork for all wholesale and dealer trade transactions.
• Prepare tax and title documents for all out-of-state transactions.
• Ensure the acquisition of correct documentation to support all titling transactions.
• Submit all authorized title transfers to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Compile and maintain a comprehensive list of all pending title work.
• Collaborate closely with various out-of-state titling services,
• DMVs, auctions, and other regulatory agencies.
• Stay informed of all current federal and state laws regarding vehicle title processing.
• Participate in training and seminars when available to stay updated on title regulations and changes.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and a tidy, organized workspace.
• Conduct basic and routine accounting tasks.
• Help process car deal contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and promptness.

Skills Needed to Win:

• No experience is required, as training will be provided.
• Previous experience with County or DMV is advantageous.
• The role requires the ability to perform accurately in a high-volume environment and strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills for title-related issues are essential.
• Time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines are necessary.
• Professional communication with customers, co-workers, and regulatory agencies is a must.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
