Our expanding dealership, with multiple rooftop locations, is in search of an experienced and dynamic Pre-Owned Sales Manager. We seek a professional with a track record of success and the capability to provide an exceptional customer purchase experience. Pay Scale: $110,000 to $180,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capable of effectively managing all facets of the used car department, which includes wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing.
• Skilled in using internet and retail tools, such as V-auto and E-car list.
• Responsible for adjusting inventory prices at least once a week.
• Ensures that the pre-owned inventory is marketed properly with accurate descriptions and photos.
• Coordinates schedules, training, interviews, hiring, and goal setting.
• Able to project monthly and annual goals and objectives for sales of pre-owned vehicles, including gross and key expenses.
• Competent in addressing and resolving concerns within the used car department swiftly and professionally.
• Guarantees that sales representatives are knowledgeable and compliant with the used car department’s policies and procedures at all times.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with customers, team members, and other managers.

Requirements:

Prior experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in managing a Pre-Owned Vehicle Department is desirable. Additionally, expertise in finance operations, familiarity with bank programs, and the capacity to establish strong lender relationships are advantageous for this role.
