Our Sales Team engages in a consultative selling style and is devoted to delivering an exceptional buying and ownership experience to our clients. Individuals with hands-on experience as a Sales Consultant, Service Writer, Finance Manager, or BDC Manager are invited to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate lasting relationships and turn clients into lifelong customers. Help them choose a vehicle by asking insightful questions and listening attentively to their answers.
  • Become the authority on your products, fully understanding the details of what you offer, including optional packages and the newest technology.
  • Foster connections, taking personal responsibility for making customers for life.
  • Conduct demonstrations that are both high-quality and professional.
  • Manage all showroom and online leads to maximize performance.
  • Ensure follow-up with purchasers to encourage repeat business.
  • Master the art of handling objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on goals, activities, reviews, and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Available to work evenings & weekends
  • Previous sales experience
  • Drive for financial rewards
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and automobile insurance.
  • Clean driving record
