We’re on the lookout for an Automotive Sales Consultant to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in fostering robust customer relationships, discerning their needs, and guiding them to the ideal vehicle that fulfills their specifications. The Automotive Sales Consultant will oversee the sales journey from initial contact to the final handshake, guaranteeing customer delight at every phase.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate robust relationships with customers and comprehend their automotive requirements.
• Lead customers through the complete sales journey, from initial contact to finalizing the sale.
• Acquire and sustain extensive knowledge of our vehicle selection.
• Perform vehicle showcases and test drives for clients.
• Support customers with financing alternatives and finalize required documentation.
• Engage in customer follow-ups to confirm their contentment and promote ongoing patronage.
• Participate in educational sessions to remain informed about industry developments and emerging products.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in sales is required.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and convey technical information to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential, along with the capacity to forge enduring relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiation and sales is also necessary.
• Applicants must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
