In the role of a Volvo Subaru Service to Sales Specialist, your main responsibility is to interact with customers who come to our dealership for service needs and assist them in the process of buying a new or pre-owned vehicle. You will need to comprehend the specific needs of customers from the service department and offer tailored support to aid them in selecting the ideal vehicle that fulfills their needs.

  • Vehicle Presentation: Showcase vehicles to service department customers in an engaging and informative way, emphasizing key attributes, advantages, and value to support informed purchase decisions.
  • Test Drives: Coordinate test drives for customers looking to experience particular vehicles, offering support and insights during the test drive to highlight the vehicle’s features and performance.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide assistance to customers considering financing options, clarifying the purchasing process, terms of financing, leasing alternatives, and available promotions to aid in sound financial choices.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations over price and terms with customers, employing effective sales tactics to conclude vehicle sales agreements that are advantageous for both parties.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Keep in constant contact with service department customers during the sales journey, offering updates on vehicle status, price deals, and extra incentives to promote ongoing interaction and expedite decision-making.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee top-tier customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and assistance throughout the car buying journey, swiftly and professionally addressing any inquiries or issues.
