In the role of an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through each phase of their vehicle purchase. Responsibilities
  • You will be tasked with providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our clients, while consistently meeting sales targets.
  • It is essential to set personal income objectives that align with the dealership’s productivity standards and develop a strategy to achieve them.
  • Responsibilities include following up on sales leads, negotiating prices with customers, collaborating with sales managers to meet sales objectives, and keeping abreast of the auto inventory’s features, condition, and warranty status.
  • You will deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle’s operational features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Additionally, you will create and sustain relationships with guests, review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to optimize time use and planning, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, demonstrate features, accompany guests on test drives, introduce customers to service department staff to highlight the service repairs and maintenance quality, and assist guests with leasing and financing options.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Candidates must have the ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • A valid state driver’s license is necessary.
  • Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient with the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • The ability to meet minimum sales quotas as per dealership standards is essential.
  • All applicants must have authorization to work in the USA.
  • A robust, positive work ethic and a desire for a long-term role are important.
  • Professional appearance and impeccable integrity are also required.
